airpod air line size

What size air line are used between pumps,valves and tank in an airpod system with bigred valves?

Normally the BigRed uses 1/4" lines between the compressors and the tank and two 1/4" lines between the tank and the valves.

The compressors do not need 3/8" line as the Thomas compressors simply cannot flow enough to see an advantage of bigger line.

I tested the speed between the 1/4" line and the 3/8" line for the supply between the tank and the valves and the gain was negligible, so 1/4" is used for ease of installation. Space in the AirPod is extremely tight so the smaller line helps to keep the fittings sealed (if you bend 3/8" line too much you have too large of an angle going into the fitting and it becomes difficult to seal.)
