How reliable are these Air Kits? are they a Constant Maintenance parts?
So a Slow Raise is more Reliable than a Fast Action Setup?
I will give you my honest opinion. I was shafted by who did my setup so the advice i can give you that best suits the situation at hand is get everything from start. Anything that can help you keep up maintanance without having to deal with it yourself you should get. I got my air ride setup with NO: Checkvalve, no moisture trap, no everything, just compressor and bags and now i' m realizing how much maintanence it is, but it would be less if i had the tools and adaptions that do alot of the stuff for you. Air ride is great, just get everything and it' ll pretty much maintanence it' s self.

Big Lank is right to a certain extent. For one thing we must define a " fast" setup. If you are debating on using the RidePro compared to the Big Red reliability is not an issue. That is only an issue if you are hopping. The valves that we use do not need driers and filters. They will not stick, guaranteed.
Everything we use is maintanence free.

It' s all in the install. Make sure nothing leaks before you put everything back together. This can be a lot of hassle and take lots of time, but it is a necessity. Make sure you use quality parts and maintenance boils down to simply draining your tank every so often.
On my system I have had a few headaches: The bags leaking, poor quality fittings leaking in more than one place and on more than one occasion, hose getting cut from rubbing, junk compressors burning up, problems with relays for remote control, malfunctioning valves, etc... Most could have been avoided if I had known then what I know now.
