Well the snow won't go away so I turned on the heat in the garage and started tinkering. I'm putting in some small tubs to accomodate a larger tire/wheel combo.
I noticed that it looks like the bushings are going in the air bar 4-link. The one picture shows how the front edge of the link is touching the bracket.
How long do the bushing usually last? I've put about 3 years of summer driving on this since installed.
Are the bushing expensive and hard to change? Ive got access to a press.

You have the rubber ones right? Replacement bushings are $10 each. I've seen some of the inner sleeves crack and cause problems, the newer ones have hardened sleeves.

are they available up this way Canada)?
Is it better to replace all or just suspected defects?

Doubt you will find any in Canada... I can ship via Postal to save you on the duties. I'd probably just replace the bad ones.

How is the best way to order? Should these wear out after 3 summers of use??

No, they should last forever, that's why we use them instead of the poly. Also, make sure you tighten them down with the suspension at mid travel.
