Just spent over 2 grand on a kit from Air Ride for my truck...is it supposed to include the fittings for the bags???? Mine did not!!! thanks a bunch Air Ride, I rented a lift for the weekend to do my truck, but golly gee you decided my 2 grand wasn' t enough for the air bag fittings. I ended up getting the fittings from a guy that owned a street rod shop (he doesn' t use AirRide, hmmmmm wonder why?), that happend to be a friend of the guy I rented the lift/shop from for the weekend, or I would have been totally screwed!! Oh, and thanks for not including any instructions for the front end...my God, is this one of those companies that is successful in spite of itself? The truck is great, the system works great, but man did you guy piss me off. They say the Devil is in the details, and these minor things will make me think twice before recommending, or useing your products again.

Well, I don' t know what all you ordered but the fittings come with the compressor kit. When order, if you needed a couple fitting we could have helped you out. As for the instructions, we send them with every kit. Yes it is possible they could have been forgotten but we would have faxed them to you immediately. No one is perfect, but we do our best. I' m glad it all worked out though.

Like Darren said.......... Be it the fittings or the instructions, if it were our fault we would have remedied the situation immediatly. It would not have been the first time that I had to overnight fittings or e-mail instructions and I am sure it wont be the last. My apologies for your delima, If you would like you can drop me a line and we will see if we can get you fixed up and take car of your fittings for you.

They messed up on my order also, sent me the wrong fittings. Wouldn' t even talk to me at first because they said their authorized dealer may have switched out the fittings? Went through heck getting the right ones sent, and even more heck trying to get them to rush them to me. Consider yourself lucky that you found what you needed from somebody else, it was probably alot less work.

Well I don' t know if you guys run a business or not. ( I have 3). Like in all business sh@! happens. I don' t work with ART nor have I ever met them. But from my dealings with them they are some stand up guys. If you read this forum a lot of other people think the same. So there is no need in trying to trash them over a little mistake.

Wasn' t trying to trash anybody, just stated what happened with my kit. Good for you that you have 3 business' , not sure what the point of that was though...that you screw up all the time, and you advise your customer' s that " sh@! happens" ?...interesting. Now STFU.

First off I' m not trying to get in a pissing contest with you. I was just trying to state that there is no point in getting your panties in a bunch over $5 worth of fittings. So have a nice day Wankle
