hi have the new E3 controller and it wont let me set it up, if i pull the power wire off and on it will turn on but when i try to do the set up it tells me that my right rear sensor is in the wrong spot on the valves. i checked the order of the wires on the valves and it is right but it still wont let me do the setup. what can i do to fix this problem?

I went through this yesterday. I wired and plumbed mine up per the instruction sheet. Is your controller controlling the valves correctly? I couldn't finish the setup and my control switches and valve operation were off. During the calibration I was getting a right rear sensor not in the correct place. My controller LF controlled the RF and the same for the rear (opposite controls for the valves). I called the tech guys and they said to swap the air lines AND the wires on the valve to correspond with the new orientation. Did that and it got it to work correctly. I would just make a note for this if you ever have to take the system apart again. I also had some problems with the calibration, I was getting a LF level sensor voltage problem. I figured out you have to calibrate the system with FULL pressure (mine was 150 PSI) to get full height before it would calibrate correctly. I was trying to to do with approx 120 PSI. Finishing the leak check today and going for a test drive if everything goes right.

yea, it sounds like you have some airlines and or air presssure senors or valves harnesses mixed up. When you press the RF + button, make sure that it is inflating the RF bag. Sometimes it's hard to tell for sure, so you may need to physically squeeze the bag to make sure. If it's wrong swap the airlines at the valve block. Once all the airlines are straighened out, then move on to the air pressure sensors, make sure that are reading in the correct corner of the display. Same with the bar graphs (if you have height sensors).
