front wont pick up

I have a 93 civic with viar 450c comp, 3gallon tank. My back will pick up fast but the front (even if I pick it up first) wont go up all the way. I have to let the tank fill back up to finish picking it up. Also im running 150 psi. Any suggestions or ideas?

150psi in the tank or in the front bags? If in the front bags you need larger bags to decrease the pressure so the tank can keep up.
