Shockwave SKW7000 bag not staying in shape

Can somebody tell me how I can keep the bag on the SKW7000 nice rolling down the billet shaft. the SKW on the left is doing fine, the one on the right is not rolling down nicely. It kind a folds down instead of rolling down the billet shaft.

it's really simple. . .put air in them.
once air is in the bags they will roll as they should. If you are working on the car and not ready for the control system yet you can use an "inflation kit":
