Hello
Is it possible to use the front leaf spring hangers for the lower front mounting point? They are on the outside of the frame with 5/8 mounting
bolts. The leafs are 1 3/4" wide. From this point to rear axle centerline is around 23 1/4" level and 2 1/2" below axle centerline. Also how high above axle centerline is the shock mountin point? This car is a sedan and is finished, and rear axle weight is around 1500#.

Sounds like it shouldn't be too much of a problem at all. Our 4-link bushings are 1.75" wide.
Start with a triangulated 4-link:

Add a pair of Shockwave 8000's (you can use 7000's if you have clearance issues, but you will have to run more pressure as the 7000 uses a smaller diameter air spring):

And a Shockwave upper mounting kit:

You place the upper mount between the frame. This bar provides the mounting point for the Shockwave. When you have the 4-link and mounting bar installed you can measure to get your Shockwave lengths. We always try to fit a 5" stroke shock on the rear.

The 7000 series is definitely the shockwave to use. Those are the ones on my 32 (see it in the Ridetech garage) and I run about 55 psi. My car weighs about 1400 lbs on the rear so very similar. Even full of gas, a loaded trunk and my wife and I in the car I never go over 70 psi.

What is the outside diameter of the 4link bushings? I need to make sure they will fit my leaf brackets.

The outside diameter of our rubber bushings is 1 3/4". Hope that helps.
