Hello guys, please i need help on the choice of Shockwave for the rear. I have a '53 Chevy truck 1 / 2 ton. I installed a IFS Mustang II with 2" Dropped Spindles and Cool Ride Ride Tech. On the rear I installed a Rear 4 Link and I notched the stock frame. What Shockwave can I install on the rear? Maybe 9000 or a Black Series? I urgently need to buy these Shockwave and I can now order directly on this site. Many many thanks. Frank64 from Italy

The old 9000 Series referred to which air spring bellow was used, it was a 5" diameter tapered sleeve. This was replaced a few years back by the 8000 series, 5" diameter striaght sleeve. I would use the 8000 series on that truck. The Black Series would be the most inexpensive 8000 at $600/pair. If you want a little nicer shock you could use the Master Series single adjustables, $900/pair.
