What part number do i use for a 94 sub 2wd for the rear?

Either the Air Over Leaf kit part # ARK3002 or the weld on 4 link part # ARS14500.

Darren does the panhard bar come with the kit?

Yes, ph bar, shocks, bags, all the brackets, and hardware.
