We just developed a kit for the ' 03 & up Dodge 1/2 ton. It consists of a bolt on 4 link system for the rear, which takes the place of the leaf springs. Up front we had to build a tubular control arm for extra clearance and set a Shockwave on top of it.
There is absolutely no problem using air bags in cold weather. These are basically the same bags used on almost all semis only smaller. The compressors we use are completely sealed, the valves are also weather proof, and the wiring harnesses all have weather pak connectors on them.

Darren, any idea what the kit is going to cost? My brother has a 03' RAM with a 2/4 drop and wants to bag it soon.

I have no idea, but if I had to guess I would say between 3500-4000.

I own a 2002 Dodge Ram and I am also interested in that air ride system, but I have a couple of questions. How much is it going to lower the front and the back?If it' s completely bolt on it will only lower it like 8 inches in the back.right? The reason I' m asking is,can the installer adgust it if I wan' t to go lower then that, in the rear of the truck?because in the front if you get a smaller spacer for the bag you can go lower, right? Thanks for your help.

Yea, its like 7" or 8" in the rear, the front actually goes a little lower than the rear. The problem is you can' t really notch it because its a hydroform box frame and there is a seam right above the axle. If you are going to go lower I would just go ahead and use our universal weld on 4 link.
