If you just put our kit on the front it will lower the truck 5-6" fully deflated. If you want it to be lower you can put drop spindles on as well. The rear will depend on how much you want to cut and weather or not you want to put a 4 link on it.

% inches would be great on front
if it was aired up half way say 3 1/2 inches would it still handle and drive well? I have air shocks on back ( there when I bought it),taking them off, with my leaf springs and air bags would it be about the same all way round?

Driving height will be about 3" lower than factory. If you want to keep the leafs in the rear, you can put a flip kit on and remove all but 2 leafs and use the Air Over Leaf kit.

Well the leaf springs also keep the axle center under the vehicle. The best way is to remove all leafs and install a 4 link suspension.
