c-notch template

someone HELP! it' s Friday night, I have my Chevy 1-ton dually tore down to put an airbar HD on it, and I don' t have the c-notch template that' s supposed to be in the Belltech c-notch kit. I can' t seem to find one to download anywhere either. Does anyone know where I can download & print one?:(

I called Belltech this morning and they are supposed to be sending me the template by fax. don' t know.....haven' t got the fax yet. been waiting 2 hours for it. I might have to call them again. do you have a better sollution?? I' m open to ideas. thanks.
