I have an 01 sonoma and don' t want to cut the bed up so I was considering the air bar s-10 kit for the rear and the shockwave for the front. If it makes a difference it came with the zq8 suspension. My question is what size valves, compressors, tanks, etc. do I need to make my truck go from it' s lowest point to ride height in a 1-2 seconds? Also are these two kits a good choice for what I' m looking to do and would it be possible to do this with 18' s and not cut on my fenders, if not I could live with 17' s instead? What kind of travel can I expect to get from this, around a 5' 6' drop or a little less and would my ride height be about the same as it is now? About how much would this cost me?
thanks for the advice

Go with one of the Big Red Compressor kits, either the ARC4700 or the ARC4800 depending on if you want dual compressors and tanks or just single.
The air bar will give you about a 7-8" drop in the and the shockwave with spindles will level it out nicely. You will be able to pick it up about 3" for a driving height. Oh, knock about 2" off that for the ZQ8.
No problems with the 18' s should fit just fine.

So the highest I could raise my truck back up would be like having a 5/6 drop and no higher? The reason this concerns me is I live in a rural area and the roads are not favorable for an extremely low truck. Also how many times could I lower and raise the truck with single compressors/tanks and with dual compressors/tanks before I ran out of air?

That will we about driving height, you will have another couple inches above that when fully inflated. With that 5 gal. tank you could probably pick it up 3 times before running out of air.

Is there any way to possibly have a higher ride height and still be able to go this low? Sorry for the simple questions but I' m just startin to plan all this.

No, ride height is always going to be about 3" higher than fully deflated. You can cheat it a little, but will trade height for ride quality.
