Hi Daren, a friend of mine is getting a 04 RAM SRT-10. Does the bags for the " normal" Ram fit: front ARF5014 or ARF5013-LCA?, rear ABAR11011 price?

Yes sir they will fit just fine. Fully deflated it will be about a 6-8 drop.
Front- $799
Rear- $1399

Then just pick out a compressor kit.

The RidePro ARC4000e is a very good system. It will raise the truck in about 5 seconds. If you want something a little faster step up to the Big Red valves like the ARC4700e or the ARC4800e, there are like 1-2 sec.
