A little tip to those considering ordering from Air Ride, check and double check the shipping addresses and obtain a tracking number and delivery date from them. This is particularly crucial if youre working on a project that has a critical deadline. Speaking from experience, it has been frustrating to say the least when I was expecting a shipment from Air Ride and it hasnt arrived because it has been shipped to the wrong address or it was shipped two days later when I placed the order.
Contacting them and filing a complaint only gets an angry response from Air Ride. They even accused me of moving when they completely got my delivery address wrong.
Hopefully this will help future Air Ride customers to lessen their headaches.
Well considering all, I think our track record is extremely good. Now even with yourself, every other package you have ordered out of a total of 14 seperate orders has made it to the proper destination with no problems and minimal delays. Out of those 14 shipments, 5 of them were of an expedited service which have all made it within their respected delivery dates. Now we can look at the facts, there obviously was a problem with your package being missrouted this time. The reason it was accidentally missrouted was simply because we changed to a new accounting program for the new year and when the information was transfered from the old program to the new one, your address was transposed with another one. Reguardles, that was our fault and we will fix it. We do apologize for any inconvinience but please be rest assured we are here to help you whenever we can and however we can. If you have any questions or need anything please do not hesitate to contact me.

I appreciate your explanation and your apology regarding my misrouted orders. However, Air Ride has billed me twice for the replacement parts that were misrouted. Why are Air Ride customers responsible finacially for your error? Please advise me on how I can return the misrouted shipments and get refunded fully for them.
Once again, Air Ride customers should not be charged for Air Ride' s error.

You are correct. Brian has been handling that order. He said you have already been credited for those parts.
