Hello Everyone,
I would like to know if there is anyone out there that has put an air ride suspention kit on an 1985 Monte Carlo SS. I' m getting ready to restore the car and would very much like to include an air ride kit to the restoration for alot of reasons. Whatever information anyone would have would be greatly appreciated and accepted. Don' t know if this means anything as far as the air ride kit and instalation but I' m planning on putting a big block in it. Would the instalation rerquire any thing special?

Thanks in advance for for your input

The big block won' t make any difference of the install. it will just take a couple extra psi. That car is pretty straight forward, you could either use the Shockwave or Cool Ride up front and a Cool Ride kit in the rear. Also it share the same front suspension as the S-10 so you could use our tubular upper and lower arms as well. Driving height will be 2-3" lower than factory and fully deflated is an additional 3" .
