Hello, I have 3/8" smc valves, do the shockwaves have 3/8" inputs, Id really like to have 3/8 if possible..thanks!

The Shockwaves have 1/4 npt thread in them. I have a fitting that is 1/4npt x 1/2
tube straight that has the same orifice size in the fitting as the airline. So, the port size of the Shockwave should not reduce speed.

darren, so i would use 1/2 line with my 3/8 valves from smc....jsut wnat to be sure Im correct...and can i get a price and part # for the fitting i need...thanks

Yes, 1/2" airline would optimize flow.
FIT8600 is the part #.

yes 1/2 inch line makes a huge difference. I have SMC 3/8 solenoids, 1/2 inch lines and 3/8' s input in the bags. Lets just say I had to put in flow controls to tone it down in the back I could pull the wheels off the ground. And if you want fast the closer the solenoid is to the bag the better.
