The weather report called for drizzly rain, but somehow it was wrong… go figure. Unfortunately it would seem that the call for rain dampened the spirits of some. The numbers seemed to be down a bit, BUT the weather folk are calling for sun the rest of the weekend! And we are counting on them to be right this time.
The autocross was the place to be. It really seemed more like a bunch of buds just hangin’ out. Everyone was encouraging everyone and spirits were high. GG’s set out a nice course that seemed to suit Mary Posie to a “T” as she has fast time over all for the day. She managed to be the first person to make it into the 29’s with a 29.90 on the last pass of the day in someone else’s car! She did have over all fast time for the day in her own car, but that was beat a couple times then she’d manage to get it back.
