JOB TITLE: Raw Materials Handler
REPORTS TO: Fab Shop Foreman


The primary duties of the Raw Materials Handler is to gather, cut, thread, chamfer, and bend raw material into Control Arms, 4-Link Bars, and Sway Bars to supply the Welding Department.

This person will also be responsible for making sure raw material is adequately stocked at all times, and communicate to Fab Shop Foreman when materials/supplies are running low.


  • Maintain inventory of raw steel and pre-made parts.
  • Receive raw material and verify accuracy of delivery against purchase order.
  • Unload shipments and add raw and pre-made materials to stock.
  • Responsible for setting up and operating metal cutting equipment such as; Cold Saws and CNC Band Saws.
  • Responsible for setting up and operating CNC Tubing Benders.
  • Supply material as needed and/or requested to the production line.
  • Operate forklift and other loading and unloading equipment.
  • Read and follow work orders and/or oral instructions.
  • Maintain a fast pace clean and safe working environment.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Must be familiar with metrology and use of Caliper, Tape Measure, Protractor, and Thread Gauges.
  • Must be familiar with reading and working from blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Previous material receiving/handling experience is preferred.
  • Forklift experience desired but not required; training will be provided.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. semi-regularly.


  • Full-time hourly position; wage commensurate with experience.
  • Some overtime may be required.

JOB TITLE: Communications Specialist
REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager


The primary duty of the Communications Specialist is increase RideTech brand and product awareness through key marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, eNewsletters and press releases. This is a full time job with the majority of the employee’s time spent capturing, processing, and publishing digital communications such as posts, photos, videos, WordPress entries and product descriptions.

The goal will be to grow RideTech’s audience within various channels, engage that audience with entertaining and informational communications, and create opportunities for website referral traffic and sales conversions.


  • Photograph, process and organize digital images and videos of products, vehicles, events, people and shop/manufacturing environments.
  • Copyedit and revise all communications text including press releases, articles and technical writing such as product descriptions and instructions.
  • Publish social media posts on a regular basis including the scheduling of off-hour posts and the editing of Facebook Cover Photos and Profile Pictures.
  • Maintain and monitor social media outlets on an hourly basis during work hours. Respond to posts, comments and messages with the goal of quick response and maintaining good customer relations.
  • Design and launch weekly email marketing campaigns using MailChimp.
  • Manage and process event lead collection.
  • Regularly analyze digital metrics including Google Analytics, MailChimp and social media analytics in support of strategic changes and feedback.
  • Work closely with Event, Sales and Motorsports staff to plan, attend and derive value from car shows and competitions in the form of photo and video content.
  • Travel is required to various events for live broadcasting, photography, video capture and real-time publishing of content including race results.
  • Recommend new social media tools, sites, and apps as part of the Communications mix.
  • Use the latest internet tools and technology to promote products vehicles, dealers and customers across various marketing channels.
  • Maintain digital camera equipment and prep for each forward event. Recommend purchases, repairs and supplies.


  • A degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and web-based marketing communications applications including MailChimp and WordPress.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with wide range of social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools including Google Analytics, FaceBook Insights, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional creative writing and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and assist with the design of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Ability to keep current with internet technology developments Recommend changes as needed.
  • Fondness of specialty automobiles is preferred.


  • Full-time position; wage commensurate with experience.
  • Some overtime may be required.
