Air Ride Expands… Due to the further development of many product lines, StrongArms, MuscleBars, TigerCage, and many more, We have decided to expand our fabrication facility.
We currently have an 8,000 sq. ft. building. The building currently has of a small office area ,and break room in the same area. The shock building room is also in the front area of the shop next to the offices. In the back we have 3 welding stations, 7 CNC machine centers, 2 CNC saws, a plasmacam, CNC tube bender, and two 4-post lifts. We also store all the material to make our products in the same building. There are also many tool boxes and jigs and much more. So needless to say, It”s FULL.
To correct the cramped corridors, we decided to build a new building. This monster is a whopping 30,000 sq. ft. It will contain a new room just for welders, a shock room will be located above it. We will also be building new offices and breakroom, and 5 bathrooms that are being built. There is plenty of room to expand in the new building. I asked a few of the guys what they thought about the new building, and all I heard was “can’t wait to get moved”. The new shop is scheduled to be in full operation by December 1st of 2008.
