Huge Photo Gallery from the 50th Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale

We’re back at Barrett-Jackson in Scottsdale, Arizona, for its colossal 50th year. The nine-day event runs from January 22nd-30th, and we’re excited to take in the sights, sounds and endless supply of breathtaking cars.

Although the first two days do not have live auctions, guests can use this time to preview the cars before they cross the block at WestWorld. Spectators from around the world have already started pouring in. Hundreds of thousands will tune in to the televised coverage later this week.

“‘Weโ€™re preparing to host the worldโ€™s most exciting automotive lifestyle event in January to celebrate 50 years of โ€˜The Worldโ€™s Greatest Collector Car Auctions,โ€™โ€ said Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson. โ€œWhen my father Russ and his business partner, Tom Barrett, set out to raise money for the Scottsdale library with a local car show, they had no idea the impact they would have on the collector hobby over the next five decades. Weโ€™re proud of our heritage and the role weโ€™ve played in the collector car hobby over the last half-century, and we canโ€™t wait to continue this legacy in 2022, beginning with our flagship Scottsdale Auction.โ€  (photo courtesy of Barrett-Jackson .com)

Out on the Midway

The Barrett-Jackson Midway is home to some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. Car manufacturers, aftermarket companies, personal jets, helicopters, fine art, neon signs, you name itโ€”it’s all here in Scottsdale. Our fully-stocked booth is located in space SL-12.

Slammed & Squeezed: Orange Slice

This year, we have a pair of top-notch trucks on display. First, we have “Orange Slice”โ€”a custom 1976 Chevy C10 built by C10Nation’s Ronnie Wetch.

“Orange Slice” runs its original 454 big block engine along with Ridetech coil-over suspension and retro-looking wheels by U.S. Mags. The interesting “impact” stripe is original; it was actually a factory option back in the ’70s.

Watch the video to see how nicely the truck drives on the highway, through canyons and everywhere in between.

Super Snake Sighting

Next, we have a few of the 2021 Shelby Super Snake F150’s. These high-performance pickups can be ordered with supercharged 5.0 liter V8s that crank out 775 horsepower. They’re capable of 0-60 in under four seconds and 0-100 in just over eight.

The truck features a Shelby Ridetech suspension system. Highlights include adjustable Fox/Ridetech coil-overs, Ridetech Tubular Upper Control Arms, a Ridetech Musclebar Swaybar and a Ridetech Traction Bar System.

Auction Action!

What a lineup. It’s hard to describe the sheer volume of cars for sale at Barrett-Jackson. It’s a full house. So, without further ado, here’s a massive gallery of muscle cars, trucks, hot rods, late models, exotics and much more.
