New Product: HD 4-Links

Heavy duty truck are the perfect application for an air suspension. The weight load of these truck can vary by several thousand pounds from trailers, people, or other cargo. With a traditional leafspring suspension you are forced to endure a harsh ride quality when unloaded in order to accommodate any anticipated cargo when loaded. With air suspension, however, you can adjust the spring rate via air pressure to be appropriate for any cargo load, light or heavy!

RideTech has introduced their new HD 4 Link rear suspension to fit a wide variety of heavy trucks. The HD 4 link offers a huge improvement in not only ride quality, but also load capacity and handling performance as well. By virtue of its highly adaptable design and weld-on installation it will fit a wide range of ½ ton to 1 ton trucks.

The HD 4 Link features 1.5” diameter .188” wall DOM tube 4 Link bars, large durable poly bushings, 2” diameter .250” wall tubing bridge, .250” thick plate steel brackets, and Firestone airsprings with a total load capacity of around 7,000lbs.

Popular options for the HD 4 Link include the new RideTech impact forged Monotube shocks, your choice of universal or model specific panhard bar kits, and a variety of compressor and control systems to fit any budget or performance level.

The RideTech HD 4 link retails for $1500. Shocks start at $300/pair, and panhard bar kits start at $300. What a deal for the comfortable ride quality and crisp handling of a RideTech air suspension!

I have a 1994 dually 3500 crewcab lowered with bell tech 5 and 7 with a flip kit .Ive been towing our 35 foot fifth wheel trailer the last 2 summers. i beefed up the shocks and i have air helper bags.
Its a little ridiculous ,but I really want to continue pulling the trailer with this truck…mainly because everybody says it cant be done.
I do bottom out quit a bit ,because I only have about 2inches travel from the top of the axle to the c`notch.
would your HD air bar set up handle this kinda load? Would I have more supension travel with your set up?
    Thanx

No problem at all. We had a 96 Crewcab back in the day, hauled our 45′ trailer all over the country. The size of the brackets and bars are specifically designed for 1 ton truck use. The air springs will lift 3500# each at 100psi, so plenty of load capacity there. 2″ is not much compression travel tho, we usually shoot for a minimum of 3″.
