Description

Composite leaf springs improve your second generation Camaro or Firebird’s handling, ride quality and stance. On the street and around the track, Ridetech works in conjunction with Hyperco, our technology partner, to ensure the best engineered springs for your Camaro or Firebird.

  • The composite design reduces un-sprung mass by more than 50 pounds while increasing torsional strength to diminish wheel hop.
  • Billet leaf spring eyelets have the correct offset to achieve lowered stance for your vehicle.
  • Delrin bushings are used to reduce stiction, maximize lateral stability and minimize spring wrap.

Combine these leaf springs a pair of Ridetech HQ Series Shocks to maximize performance and ride quality.  Part # 22189842

Ridetech offer drop kits that will lower the car an additional 1 inch, these are often used on 1967 and 1968 model years to accommodate for the rounded wheel opening.
