Turn One’s high-performance steering gears are the best you can get! They use Delphi 600 gears that are 5 lbs lighter than traditional Saginaw 700 gears. With 60 years of steering development and engineering, you know you are getting the best! Turn One’s technicians tune every gear to have precision left/right balancing, and dyno test them to make sure that everything is working to the highest standard. Our rack and pinion valve technology improves the on-center feel, to give you more control over your vehicle.   Fits 1967-1992 Camaro/Firebird, 1968-1974 Nova, 1964-1977 GM “A” Body (Chevelle, Cutlass El Camino etc), 1965-1970 Impala & 1978-1988 GM “G” Body (Monte Carlo, Cutlass, Regal etc).

 We also offer the rag joint half-coupler for 3/4″-30 spline for the 600 series gear.  This coupler is necessary to adapt a stock steering shaft to the 600 steering gear.  Most pre-1977 vehicles will need this adapter.

The O-Ring To Inverted Flare Adapter Kit includes 3 flare adapters to convert late-model GM o-ring type steering boxes and pumps to the inverted flare seat. This is needed when using stock-style hoses on the 600 series box.  Please see the Buy Together tab to add these products to your order.
