Suspension is what makes your hotrod enjoyable to drive…or not. Set up correctly, the ride quality and handling performance of your 40 Ford can exceed that of your 2012 Cadillac.

With any suspension, including coilover or air suspension, the spring rate and shock valving must be appropriate. In addition, you must have the appropriate amount of suspension travel, tire clearance, ground clearance along with several other parameters that influence ride quality.
Confusing? It can be. That is why RideTech developed the on-site suspension evaluation program in 2011. If you bring your car to our display booth we’ll weigh it, measure the suspension geometry, examine the car for broken or mismatched components, and give you a printed sheet with recommendations to improve your ride. If you are building a new car we can explain how to choose the correct components for your project. We’ll help you get it right…the FIRST time!

Since this program was implemented at the NSRA Street Rod Nationals in Louisville in 2011, RideTech has weighed and evaluated over 1,000 cars at events all over the United States!

RideTech will have a 20×80 outside display with two suspension evaluation stations to minimize wait times. IN ADDITION…we will also have our normal 20×40 inside display so you can discuss your suspension needs in air conditioned comfort.
