That’s 12 hours of killer cars running around what may be our new favorite midewestern track, Salem Speedway in Indiana. With Pro Touring events popping up all over the country, some of them seem to just be the same old same old. Not this one. Battle at the Banks in Salem Indiana at the famed Salem Speedway is going to give you a track like you’ve never seen before.
With 75 or more of the coolest Pro Touring machines in the country, including Ridetech’s ’33 Ford, 48 Hour ’68 Camaro, venerable ’69 Mustang and ’66 Chevelle, plus Schwartz Ultima GTR, Terry Nuevilles Camaro, and more using two of Salem’s banked corners and it’s long back straightaway, this “mini-roadcourse” or “giant autocross” will see guys running speeds well over 100mph as they go down into turn three of this 1/2 mile oval. BangShift Chad will be in the house announcing and causing trouble as promised and BangShift will be there bringing you another LIVE Pro Touring event.
