Besides being in the coolest booth on the midway, the Ridetech display also had “Brown Sugar” parked in the booth for the show as well. This truck built by River City Rods brought home the “Fuel Curve Pick” and the “Wild Card” Award! Meanwhile, the other truck in the booth, El Chapo, brought home “Truck of the Year Finalist” and “Builders Choice” awards!

“El Chapo” The B100 also built RiverCity Rods – on display in the Ridetech booth.

The event had huge crowds and we enjoyed talking with everyone that stopped by. Just over 3,800 rides rolled in for an action-packed hot rod weekend.

At a Saturday evening ceremony, the 2020 Street Rod of the Year and Street Machine of the Year titles were awarded and the night concluded with a massive fireworks display to celebrate the 4th of July.

Earning the honor was Nathan Powell with his Goolsby Customs built 1932 Ford Tudor. This car features Ridetech smooth body hot rod shocks up front and our HQ coil-overs in the rear. Claiming the Street Rod of the Year title.
